Biosecurity management plans that work on site.

A plan is only useful if the site team can follow it. We prepare biosecurity, weed and pest management plans based on your approvals and your program, and we can deliver the field work that sits under them.
Built around your approvals and program.
We read the conditions, check the site and write controls your contractors can actually apply.
- Biosecurity management plans
- Weed and pest management plans
- Hygiene procedures for vehicles, plant and materials
- Updates when the program, approvals or site conditions change
A plan ready for approval and use.
Plans are written to meet the relevant conditions and are practical enough to hand to the site team.
- Risk assessment for weeds, pests and pathogens
- Control measures and responsibilities
- Inspection, monitoring and reporting schedule
- Forms and registers for site use
How pricing works
Plans are quoted as a fixed fee once we have seen the approval conditions and site details. Site visits, baseline surveys and field programs are quoted separately.
Send the approvals, project footprint, program and any existing plans or surveys.
Legislation we plan to
Plans are written to the biosecurity law in the state where the project sits, such as the general biosecurity obligation in Queensland or the general biosecurity duty in New South Wales, as well as any project-specific conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Can you update an existing plan?
Yes. We review existing plans against current conditions and site practice and update them where needed.
Do you also do the field work?
Yes. We can deliver the inspections, weed control, pest control and monitoring set out in the plan, so the plan and the field records line up.
How long does a plan take?
It depends on the project and how much information is available. We give you a timeframe with the quote.
